AUTHOR INFORMATION
The author is a medical practitioner who has been working for the last 39 years for the private as well as the government organizations. Since his entry into the medical college, he was attracted towards the discovery of the secrets of the universe and knowledge of the self. He took medical science and knowledge of the ownself as a challenge for his life. During the course of study and practice of medicine, his attitude inclined towards knowledge of the spiritual science. He was posted to Arunachal Pradesh in 1985 as a medical officer in a village amidst the himalayas. There he decided to verify whether the spiritual realization of the self is attainable, true, and scientific or not. So, he practiced yoga and meditation in his daily life along with the chanting of gayatri mantra with each breath. He had set a target of about 18 months in order to achieve his goal. So, he worked on all four aspects of yoga i.e. 1. Karma yoga 2. Bhakti yoga 3. Gyan yoga 4. Raj yoga . He practiced a unified approach through
