AUTHOR INFORMATION
The author is a senior scientist retired from the Indian Atomic Energy's Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, India. He has worked with the United Nations for several years at Vienna and has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Hannover in Germany and a research Fellow at the Institute of Intellectual Properties, University of Tokyo. Indian Association for Hyperthermic Oncology and Medicine has instituted "Dr. B. B. Singh Oration Award" for foreign scientists to visit India and deliver lectures on their research work. He holds a Ph.D. Degree from now named Crainefield University, Uk. He is presently a practicing lawyer at Bombay High Court.
