PRODUCT DETAILS

'Extraordinary Experiences of an Army Officer' is a compilation of my personal experiences, with palmistry and the inexplicable pronouncements that I have been making over the years. Most of these had turned into reality in very weird ways. These have made me believe that there is some supernatural power which controls the universe and some or many of us humans, who have strong connections with what is commonly called the 'Sixth Sense' which prompts and guides us in our thought, speech and sometimes actions. For those who have not yet experienced such incidents in their lives, these would seem 'Extraordinary'.All of my 'Extraordinary Experiences' as mentioned here in the Book, are absolutely true and 'Real Life Events'. They are being presented with no dramatization, in simple Indian English. Though they all happened in real life, some may sound quite Far-fetched, especially the one in which I refused to vacate the Coupe of a sitting central minister, and maybe also the one in which I retrieved the liquor and cash from the corrupt Railway Officials on KK Express.

AUTHOR INFORMATION

I was born in Singapore to Indian parents. My late Father Mr. T K Thomas and my late Mother Mrs. Mariamma Thomas were both from Chengannur, Kerala, in Southern India. We relocated from Singapore to Dalmianagar, North Eastern India, where my Father had undertaken to set up an Asbestos Factory for the Dalmia Group.I did my Schooling as a boarder in the Boys' High School (BHS), Allahabad (now Prayagraj) from 1961 to '68 till I passed my Indian School Certificate Examination. It was during my 8th Standard days in school, that I had the opportunity of reading 'Cheiro's Book of Palmistry for Beginners'. Thereafter I started to practice my knowledge on my fellow students, mainly the 'Boarding House Girls' of the Girls' High School (GHS, our Sister School) and soon became quite popular amongst them. After leaving School, I had a short stint in Jumna Christian College (JCC), also in Prayagraj, and then joined the BA degree course in BHU, Varanasi. Almost a week after finishing my BA final examination in October 1973, I had joined the Officer's Training School Madras (OTS) now known as Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai.
