AUTHOR INFORMATION

The author has been a professor in business studies for over four decades who began his career as an assistant professor in a postgraduate department of Commerce in a college near Visakhapatnam in 1976 before joining Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Prasanthi Nilayam, Andhra Pradesh, India in 1985. He has been in service ever since with the department of management of the institute till date in various capacities as: an Associate Professor, Professor and as Honorary Professor post-superannuation in 2010. He guided five doctoral students and published research papers in various national and international journals.
