Shantiniketan—Rabindranath Tagore-Calcutta.
Author's point of view, How Rabindranath Tagore's personality led me to this Indian English and interpretation led me to the inter-connection of my memories. I am writing down my memories about a Surprise incident Shantiniketan, which led me to happiness and curiosity and greatly influenced by the Nobel Prize winner Rabindranath Tagore for Gitanjali and the after effect of Indian English, which led me going into the depth of information and knowledge. One incident led to another and another, so I want to pen down my wonderful memories, which I have experienced during my research for the birth of Indian English and how it is interconnected with the Nobel Prize.

AUTHOR INFORMATION

Born and brought up in Madras (Chennai) and got married to an Army Officer and he also belongs to Chennai, our daughter was studying in school at that time, I was staying with my husband in army quarters and moving along with my husband to other parts of the states of India for Government jobs as Mandatory two years shift from one place to another place. By 2010 I decided to settle down in Chennai along with my mother–in-law. During Holidays, my daughter and I used to visit my husband during summer holidays. My husband was posted in Calcutta from 2011 to 2013. This is a place and time I can never forget in my lifetime and Memories related to this place are Shantiniketan, Sundarbans, Calcutta biggest Library, and Largest Science Museum. One place that got special attention and importance in my life is Shantiniketan because when I was young, I read the autobiography of Rabindranath Tagore and his Books, Gora and Kabuliwala. This book is written as a Memoir as a wonderful experience of one of my holidays-Shantiniketan, Calcutta-India.
