Served Indian Air Force for 18 years; Worked as Program secretary in Vikas Institute, a leadership training institution for social activists, at Kanakkary in Kottayam Dist.; Worked as the Registrar of the Indian Institute of Christian Studies at Edamattan, in Kottayam Dist. Founder of 'Kerala Catholic Church Reformation Movement' in 1990 and Served as the Editor of its monthly magazine, Sathyajwala for the last 11 years. Self-publisher under the label, 'Navotdhanam Books' since 2006. YouTuber under the title name'Sathyadhwani' since Dec. 2023.
