The Book describes several unusual events that occurred in his life which he could not explain with the knowledge of science he had. He was bewildered. Hence the title of the Book. He received solace from what Sir Isaac Newton has said about himself "I do not know what I may appear to the World, but to myself I have been only like a boy playing on the seashore and diverting myself now and then in finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary while the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me" So also said Saint Augustine "Miracles are not contrary to nature, but only contrary to what we know about nature".

AUTHOR INFORMATION

The author is a senior scientist retired from the Indian Atomic Energy's Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, India. He has worked with the United Nations for several years at Vienna and has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Hannover in Germany and a research Fellow at the Institute of Intellectual Properties, University of Tokyo. Indian Association for Hyperthermic Oncology and Medicine has instituted "Dr. B.B. Singh Oration Award" for foreign scientists to visit India and deliver lectures on their research work. He holds a Ph.D. Degree from now named Crainefield University, UK. He is presently a practicing lawyer at Bombay High Court.
